We worked with an unique office space company to deliver a two-phase office refurbishment that improved the internal design, functionality and user experience of the workplace.   

Our Objectives:

• Create a new engaging office space in-line with client’s specifications
• Design and create a new reception space fit for a modern office
• Create and implement a space-efficient shower room

Our Approach:

Trust is integral to how we do business. We started by learning about how our client envisioned their office refurbishment and explored ways in which we could achieve their aims.

The 16,000 square foot building was brought to CAT A within four weeks, and just two weeks into the project, we had begun work on fitting-out the office to CAT B specifications.

Our Results:

Due to our extensive planning and understanding of the project we were able to adapt quickly to ensure the project was delivered within the 10-week aim. The fit-out was implemented in-line with the initial designs including a new shower room, an updated office space and a newly designed reception area, fitted with bespoke items which exceeded client’s expectations.
